Home Scouts is an independent property buyers agency offering a bespoke home owner or investment property buying service.
Our team includes two experienced and unbiased buyers agents:
- Bron, a Sunshine Coast experienced buyers agent and Qualified Property Investment Adviser®, and
- Sandra, who is a longstanding Brisbane based buyers agent.
Our team is local, having lived on the Sunshine Coast and Brisbane for over a decade. We are experienced, qualified property professionals dedicated to the industry and accredited with the Real Estate Buyers’ Association of Australia and the Property Investment Professionals’ Association of Australia.
And importantly, we treat each client’s purchase as if it were our own – unlocking the best opportunities, following through with highly comprehensive due diligence to minimise your risks, and working hard to represent your best interests in the purchase (and follow up) process.

Bron’s professional background includes over 20 years’ experience working in the B2B and professional services sectors – predominantly across the broader property sector.
She has always had a passion for property investment, and with over 25 years’ experience in buying, selling and subdividing properties, she established Home Scouts in 2018 – a buyers agency to help interstate and overseas clients who want to find their perfect property on the Sunshine Coast.
Her focus at Home Scouts is is helping clients hunt down the best property for them, that meets their unique needs – whether that be their own home or an investment property.
Sandra Connors
Associate Buyers Agent (Brisbane)
Sandra has been based in Brisbane most of her life, and her property background began at a young age growing up in a family who flipped houses across the city. Sandra’s career includes extensive experience in TV production, research, and editing, and she seamlessly transitioned into the realm of real estate operations over 3 years ago with a focus on buyers’ advocacy.
In Sandra’s role she meticulously analyses market trends, negotiates contracts, and facilitates smooth transactions to secure the best properties for our clients. Combining her creative flair with analytical prowess, she thrives on identifying unique opportunities and delivering unparalleled service.
