Our client was an Australian corporate professional based in Singapore, who wanted to secure two investment properties. Having never lived in Brisbane as well as not having the time to search or liaise with real estate agents, he had limited knowledge of Brisbane’s suburbs, property values and market trends. Balancing a very busy career and travel left him limited time to search and negotiate on properties.
Key requirements included proximity to the city, 3 bedroom property, proximity to good schools, access to public transport, and a family-friendly neighbourhood. His budget was under $850, 000 for each property.
