Located within walking distance to the CBD, Brisbane Girls’ Grammar and Brisbane Boys’ Grammar, this small site was in a very strategic location so appealed to a range of demographics. In spite of the small land parcel, a 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom house was built on it.

- We engaged a town planner and worked with them on the DA application and approval
- The approval had multiple conditions attached, and we project managed the various activities involved in undertaking this subdivision – from community liaison and approvals, to project managing the build of retaining walls, levelling the block, removal of trees, water and sewerage installation, design and implementation of driveway, character considerations, etc.
- The existing house also required a small modification as part of the subdivision approval, which was also project managed by Home Scouts
