The buyer had a land holding in another inner city area (with significant development potential) which the seller was seeking as part of building their land portfolio
We negotiated a house ‘swap’ involving the simultaneous sale and purchase between the same buyer and seller
The value of this Spring Hill property was, at face value, higher than the value of the other property but we negotiated a simple swap without any additional funds required

Additional value: Project managed the town planning applications and subsequent subdivision of this Spring Hill property in to two lots and sale of the subdivided land parcel (162m2).
