Guy had moved to the Sunshine Coast after living interstate with his family for many years.

He was seeking a property which was close to good schools, was in good condition, and low maintenance.

Having not purchased a property before, Guy didn’t have the experience or knowledge in the purchasing process so engaged us to manage the individual property evaluation, negotiation and acquisition on his behalf of his ideal home.

Our Approach

Guy had shortlisted two properties he was interested in.

We collaboratively inspected his preferred property, and undertook site and pricing due diligence on that shortlisted property.

We then negotiated the price and terms on Guy’s behalf.

The agent had initially referenced a price point for the property which was above where our market research and price assessment sat for this property. Our negotiating resulted in a saving to our clients of approximately $80K from the price guide originally quoted by the agent.

Post-contract, a small number of Building and Pest issues were identified, which we arranged to be rectified at the vendor’s expense.
