Working with our interstate client, we developed a detailed buyer brief targeting character homes within 5km of the CBD that would deliver strong rental returns and long-term growth. They specifically sought heritage properties in Brisbane’s inner ring with charm and value-add potential.
I identified opportunities across on-market, pre-market and off-market properties, conducting virtual inspections through video walk-throughs and detailed photography.
