Pete and Juli and their young family lived in Melbourne and had for many years wanted to make a permanent move to the Sunshine Coast.

Not being local to the coast, and both with busy professional careers, they needed local expertise and support to help them identify the best area to move to, and make the relocation easy.

They reached out to Home Scouts directly and engaged us for the full buyers agency services to help them make their home purchase and relocation.

Our Approach

We worked with Pete and Juli to develop a clear property brief, outlining in detail their ‘must haves’ and like to haves’ on their ideal home and suburb.

Their priority was to be close to the beach, but have access to Maroochydore CBD and Brisbane for their work commitments.

We shortlisted alternate suburbs that best suited their brief and budget, identified properties that fit their requirements and undertook video walkthrough inspections of each property with analysis on each.

After searching for 6 weeks an ideal property was shortlisted, and we undertook detailed due diligence as well as a pricing strategy to negotiate and secure their perfect property under their budget.

Location

Yaroomba is known for its small, close knit community and relaxed atmosphere. Living in Yaroomba offers residents access to stunning stretches of sandy coastline, perfect for surfing, and other water activities.

While Yaroomba is more quiet and relaxed compared to some of the busier tourist hubs on the Sunshine Coast, it is close to nearby towns such as Coolum Beach, which provide additional services, restaurants and entertainment options.
